One 32 foot speed agility ladder with black nylon carry bag, integrated storage strap to keep trainer tangle-free and free speed ladder drills DVD. The ladder unsnaps into two 16 foot ladders. You can use it as one long ladder or two separate ladders. You can also use this ladder for doubles drills by laying the unsnapped sections side by side. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Super strong. Each 16 foot section has 10 high quality plastic rungs spaced approx.18 inches apart. That is 20 rungs total for the 32 foot ladder. The plastic rungs are flat (no ankle rollover). They are adjustable but will not move out of place during normal use. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. The ladder has slip resistant ends on the rungs which helps the ladder to not slide out of place. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder, even cleats. Good for all sports. The DVD shows 2 college athletes demonstrating 20 of the latest Speed drills. DVD was produced by the college athletes. This is not a commercial video however it does a nice job showing you 20 of the drills they do in their training. This DVD is a free bonus with the purchase of the speed ladder. This ladder is not as heavy duty as a NFL TEAMS ladder would be. A 32 foot ladder like theirs would cost $110 and up.
